If you're allergic to regular ice, then try "Like-Ice" ice substitute.  "It works just like ice".  Like-Ice is indistinguishable from regular ice.  I can't tell you what it is, but I can tell you what it isn't, and that's ice.  You can't prove that it's not like ice.
